How do I pay for my ThreadBuds?
Payment is accepted on our site using any major credit card or a PayPal account.
How are my ThreadBuds shipped?
Items will ship in 2-3 business days. Shipping is free anywhere in the US.
Will my ThreadBuds ever tangle?​
While we've designed our earbuds to prevent tangling, we can't be for sure they will never tangle. Everyone is a little different when it comes to handling their product. Our ThreadBuds offer you protection against a mess of cords.
Can I return my ThreadBuds?​
If you're unhappy for any reason, you may return your ThreadBuds within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Contact us at service@threadbuds.com to arrange your return. Please be sure to include your order number and contact information.
