Someone once told me that when I am upset to take 10 minutes to just breathe and calm down before I react and talk to the person I am upset with. It allows you to gather your thoughts so that the conversation you have is more effective. Sometimes it gives me insight to the situation and I don’t end up needing to say anything at all because I realize that life will go on whether I say something or not. So next time you're fired up, take 10 minutes and breathe...yes, just breathe. I promise it will change your life and save you the time and stress on unnecessary battles and arguments.
